We start with a consultation to understand your vision. Simply share your project files, plans, and any inspirational materials you have. Let us know your goals and any special features you'd like us to highlight.

Once we align on the project scope, we'll formalize the agreement. This includes the number of images/videos, the project cost, timeline, and payment plan (50% deposit to begin). You'll sign the agreement and submit the deposit to officially start the project.

This phase combines planning and initial visuals. We study your plans to create the 3D model, establish the mood, and set camera angles. You will receive grayscale draft renders to approve the scene's composition, camera views, and artistic direction before we apply materials and final lighting.

You'll have three rounds of revisions to provide feedback and request tweaks or adjustments, ensuring the visuals perfectly match your vision. We provide a platform for you to give precise feedback by writing, drawing, highlighting, and uploading images directly on the render.

Once the renders are approved, you'll make the final payment. Upon receipt, we will prepare all final files for delivery.

We deliver the high-resolution final images and videos in the agreed formats, ready for your marketing, presentations, and other needs.
