We learn about your project

We kick things off with a consultation to understand your vision. Share your plans, files, and any inspiration you've gathered. Tell us what you're hoping to achieve, the features you want to highlight, and anything that's important to you. The more context, the better.

We agree on scope and sign off

Once we align on the project scope, we'll formalize the agreement. This includes the number of images/videos, the project cost, timeline, and payment plan (50% deposit to begin). You'll sign the agreement and submit the deposit to officially start the project.

We create the 3D model and draft renders

This is where the magic begins. We study your plans, build out the 3D model, set the mood, and choose camera angles. You'll receive grayscale draft renders so you can review the composition, framing, and overall direction before we move into materials and final lighting.

You review and we refine

You get three rounds of revisions to make sure everything looks exactly as you imagined. Using our feedback platform, you can write notes, draw directly on the render, highlight areas, and upload reference images. Precise feedback means faster, better results.

Final sign-off and payment

Once you're happy with everything and give the green light, the remaining 50% is due. As soon as payment is received, we get your final files ready for delivery.

We deliver your high-resolution images and videos in the agreed formats. Polished, professional, and ready for marketing, presentations, listings, or wherever you need them.
